This seed packet contains enough seed to grow microgreens that make up our “Balanced Blend” for four growing cycles in 10″ x 10″ trays.
The six varieties* of seed may include:
- Black Oil sunflower
- Purple Kohlrabi
- Red Russian kale
- Broccoli
- Pea shoots
- Daikon radish
*Occasionally we may have to substitute with a nearly identical variety when our bulk suppliers are out of inventory. But always the seed will be certified organic.

Shipping Policy
We offer several options for shipping, to select at checkout time:
- For Grow Kits,
- USPS Priority Mail Package, which delivers your kit order in 2–5 business days, depending on your distance from Bakersville, NC. Cheaper if you live closer to us and aren’t in a hurry. Click “Calculate shipping.”
- USPS Priority Flat Rate Large Box, which delivers your kit in 2–3 business days. Best choice if you live farther away or you want faster delivery.
- For seed resupply we offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail.
Depending on where you live, one of the first two will be cheaper for ordering kits, so run the shipping calculator to find out. The US Post Office calculates Retail Ground rates based on weight, size of package and zones– or the distance from the origin of the package.
Sales Tax
North Carolina has four levels of sales tax, ranging from 6.75% up to 7.5% of the purchase price. On your cart’s checkout page you will see “NC Sales Tax Rate 1” for the lowest (6.75%) or Rates 2, 3 and 4 to reflect these increasing rates which are based on the billing address zip code of your credit card.
